We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our service team in Malaysia. This role is critical in delivering high-quality technical service across multiple customer sites, ensuring system reliability, and driving customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing building systems while directly contributing to business performance and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: Deliver service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across customer sites Support BMS / HVAC / Fire / Security systems Perform system configuration, programming, and commissioning Diagnose and resolve technical issues (including networking-related issues) Execute small service projects and upgrades Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for service delivery Monitor site performance, produce reports, and meet KPIs Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction Support financial activities including cost estimation and forecasting Key Experience & Capabilities: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management Systems) Strong troubleshooting and field service expertise Engineering Degree or Diploma Ability to work onsite and travel between customer locations (25–50%) Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship available) Practical experience with: HVAC Controls Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) - Advantageous Building Automation Systems (BAS) Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
