This is a highly hands-on field position and an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineering or technical professional interested in developing a career in field engineering. Responsibilities • Install and perform preventive maintenance on diagnostic equipment • Support hardware and IT/connectivity activities • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hardware, and system issues • Complete equipment service and installation documentation • Travel extensively to customer locations across the Southeast and occasionally other U.S. locations • Work directly with customers and technical teams • Participate in training at Indianapolis facility Qualifications • Bachelor's or Associate's degree • 0–5 years of relevant experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply • Hands-on mechanical, electronics, hardware, IT, or equipment experience • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills If interested, please share your updated resume at [email protected] / [email protected] .
