Field Service Technician - ATL ST LOUIS, MO 63146 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Category Customer Service Apply Description Field Service Technician Location: Atlanta, Georgia Job Type: Full-time salaried, non-exempt Salary: Starting salary is $65,000 per year plus 10% annual incentive opportunity. This is a non-exempt position and pay is subject to overtime based on hours worked. About the Role We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support customers through equipment start ups, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and building trust with customers. You will work closely with customers and the service team to complete field service work safely, accurately, and on time while delivering a strong service experience. What We’re Looking For Field Service Perform preventive maintenance on equipment Diagnose issues and complete repairs Handle start-ups and warranty work for new equipment Customer Support Communicate repair needs clearly with customers and the service manager Leave each job site clean and organized Documentation and Inventory Complete required service documentation on a laptop in a timely way Maintain accurate parts inventory Travel Travel is required about 75% of the time, typically Tuesday through Thursday. Work Environment Travel to customer sites is typically required Tuesday through Thursday. Work includes time in the field, regular driving, use of a laptop for documentation, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
