The technology we use is amongst the very best and ensures people get the help they need quickly. We provide high-quality alarm monitoring and alarm fault resolution services to our customers. St John Medical alarms not only help seniors and people with disabilities to continue enjoying their independence, we also monitor lone workers to ensure they are always safe. In this role, you will: Provide prompt support to our Field Representatives, including appointment booking changes and equipment queries Respond to customer queries, including providing overflow support to our Lead Representative teams Support sales and activity target through effective promotion of Telecare products by building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers, external stakeholders, and the community. This role is fixed-term full-time - 20 hours/week for 12 months. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30 am-1:30 pm. Training is full-time for two weeks, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Ko wai koe - About you: What you'll bring: The desire to provide excellent customer service and support your community Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely High attention to detail with accurate data-entry skills A "Can do" attitude focused on achieving results and doing what is required to achieve success.
