This role focuses on mechanical systems, motor controls, electrical connections, and product installations — supporting our dealer network and end users in achieving safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll provide both remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring equipment and systems perform to spec. Troubleshoot motor controls, wiring connections, structural alignment, and system operation concerns. Respond to all dealer service calls within 2 business hours; coordinate field visits or technical follow-ups as needed. Document service issues, technical solutions, and field feedback in the service management system within 48 hours. Maintain a fully stocked technical service van with tools, test equipment, and product parts for on-site troubleshooting. Lead or assist in dealer training sessions on product installation techniques, system calibration, and operational best practices. Participate in product field testing, providing detailed feedback on mechanical and electrical system performance.
