Reporting to the Visual Merchandising & Product Manager, you'll partner closely with store teams and District Managers to execute inspiring visual presentations that elevate the customer experience and support business results. What You'll Be Working On Execute floor sets, seasonal flips, promotional campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising initiatives across your assigned region. Support store teams with product placement, bed styling, signage, fixture placement, steaming, folding, and overall presentation. Bring visual merchandising standards to life by following floor plans, visual guides, and established brand direction. Partner with store teams during merchandising projects while coaching and reinforcing visual presentation standards. Support new store openings, relocations, renovations, and store refreshes to ensure every location delivers an exceptional guest experience. Partner closely with District Managers to support merchandising planning and execution, gather field feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Complete store visit recaps, action plans, and follow-up recommendations to ensure consistency across locations. Use sales and performance reporting to inform merchandising plans, evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve results. Share insights, photos, best practices, and opportunities with the Visual Merchandising & Product Manager to continually strengthen visual execution across the business. Travel regularly throughout your assigned region, including overnight travel as required. What Will Set You Up for Success 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation, or a related field. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, product presentation, and customer shopping behaviour. Experience executing floor sets, seasonal transitions, and merchandising projects across multiple store locations is an asset. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach and influence store teams. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly within your assigned region. What You'll Need to Thrive Here A passion for creating engaging retail environments that inspire customers. A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support stores. Confidence adapting to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions within established visual guidelines. An eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality visual presentation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility, navigate different working styles, and encourage consistent visual merchandising practices. How We Invest in You Competitive salary: The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per annum. The final salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
