About Orchcast.aiOrchcast.ai is an AI-powered content operations platform designed to help marketing agencies and in-house teams create, review, approve and manage content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design modern, intuitive and visually impressive experiences for our SaaS platform and website.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, SaaS product design, responsive web design and interactive 3D visual experiences. You will work closely with our product, engineering and marketing teams to improve the Orchcast platform, website and overall brand experience.
This is not only a graphic-design position. We are looking for someone who understands user journeys, product usability, conversion-focused web design and developer-ready design systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design modern and user-friendly interfaces for the Orchcast SaaS platform.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design responsive website pages, landing pages and product feature pages.
- Develop creative 3D concepts, illustrations, animations and interactive visual elements for the Orchcast website.
- Improve dashboard usability, navigation and overall product experience.
- Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system.
- Create reusable components, variants, styles and responsive layouts.
- Conduct UX research and identify usability improvements.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear visual experiences.
- Prepare developer-ready designs with proper spacing, states, specifications and documentation.
- Collaborate with frontend developers during implementation.
- Review completed frontend work and ensure visual consistency with approved designs.
- Create product graphics, feature illustrations and selected marketing assets when required.
- Maintain consistency across light mode, dark mode, desktop, tablet and mobile experiences.
Required Skills- Strong professional experience in UI/UX and digital product design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants and interactive prototypes.
- Experience designing SaaS dashboards, web applications or complex digital products.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Ability to create clean, modern and conversion-focused website designs.
- Experience creating or directing 3D web visuals using tools such as:
- Spline
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- Three.js concepts
- Rive or similar interactive-design tools
- Strong knowledge of typography, color systems, spacing and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
- Ability to create organized design files that developers can easily implement.
- Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience designing AI, SaaS, marketing technology or workflow-automation products.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of design tokens and component-based development.
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and approval workflows.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
- Experience working with startup product and engineering teams.
- Ability to create 3D assets optimized for website performance.
- Experience conducting usability tests and incorporating user feedback.

- 3D website visuals, animations or interactive design work
- Before-and-after examples showing UX improvements, where available
