Webflow / Framer Designer & Developer — Part-Time, Remote (South Africa)

We build bespoke websites for Australian businesses — law firms, health, trades, professional services. We're small, fast-moving, and we care a lot about the work looking sharp.

We're after a part-time designer/developer who can take a brief and carry it through to a live, polished site. Not a template filler. Someone with a good eye who wants to build a body of work.

The role

• ~20 hours/week, flexible, ongoing
• Build client websites in Webflow and Framer, working from our briefs and designs
• Sometimes you'll design it yourself in Figma first
• CMS setup, responsive across all breakpoints, basic on-page SEO structure
• Interactions and micro-animations where they earn their place
• Handover, QA, and small ongoing tweaks for existing clients

Working with us across timezones

We're in Sydney (SAST +8). We run this async — briefs and feedback will be waiting for you each morning, and we pick your work up when we start. No early starts or late nights expected. We just ask for a rough 2-hour window mid-afternoon your time where you're reachable for a quick call if something's blocked.

You'll be a fit if you

• Have 2+ years building in Webflow and/or Framer, with a portfolio of live sites you personally worked on
• Have a genuine eye for design — you can look at a competitor's site and tell us why it's bad
• Communicate clearly in writing and flag blockers early rather than going quiet. Async work lives or dies on this
• Are reliable on deadlines. That matters more to us than raw speed
• Have stable internet and a backup power setup

Nice to have

• Figma
• GSAP or advanced Webflow interactions
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS for custom embeds
• Experience with UK, US or Australian clients
• SEO fundamentals
