We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract . Supporting our Marketing and Beer & Cider commercial business units, you’ll step in to provide commercial insights, solve complex financial problems, and use your initiative to drive real value. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: In this dynamic role, you will partner closely with key commercial stakeholders across Marketing and Beer & Cider, bringing data to life to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in: Serving as a trusted financial partner to brand and marketing teams, providing clear decision support, campaign tracking, and ROI analysis. Supporting end-to-end planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast cycles for the Beer & Cider portfolio. Taking the initiative to dig into the numbers, uncover trends, identify key risks or opportunities, and propose practical solutions. Delivering month-end reporting, variance analysis, and clear performance commentary to help teams understand drivers behind financial outcomes. Streamlining reporting processes and bringing new ideas to elevate how we analyze commercial performance. Now let’s talk about you: ​​​​​​​ We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to step up and solve problems with initiative. Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline (CPA/CA qualified or near completion is highly regarded). Proven experience in a financial analysis or commercial decision-support role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or beverage sectors. An analytical approach with a knack for breaking down complex financial issues and proactively finding solutions. A self-starter attitude—you don’t wait to be asked; you actively seek out ways to add value and support team goals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance partners. Advanced Excel capabilities, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI/visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) considered a bonus. The benefits are good too!
