Finance Analyst III

Position Purpose: With the Corporate Performance Management Finance team, you will support the financial performance and operational analytics for business operations. C ompile and analyze volume, productivity, staffing, savings, vendor, and cost data. Build recurring reports and executive-ready presentations. Maintain trackers; validating assumptions with operational partners; identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support forecast and reconciliation work; and translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership. Handle complex and high-level financial analysis. Present and discuss analysis with upper management. Preferred Skills: Strong financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting experience, with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards or BI tools, variance analysis, and executive storytelling is important. Ability to work with imperfect data, clarifying assumptions, partnering across clinical operations, staffing, vendor, and finance stakeholders, and producing accurate, timely analysis in a fast-moving environment. Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience . Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status.
