Finance Analyst - Remote

POSITION INFORMATION: BASIC DETAILS Travel Requirement: No Teleworking: Yes Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Annually Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS Position Overview: Support the Project Controls team by handling operational tasks and reporting responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities: Process and review expense reports Manage workforce job codes and assignments Maintain and update rate trackers Bonus calculations and trackers Assist with month-end financial coding and reconciliation tasks Prepare and distribute monthly finance performance and results reports Support billing preparation through timesheet and labor hour validation Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience: Intermediate Excel skills Good work ethic Verbal and written communication skills Preferred Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience: • A bachelor's degree is desired 1 - 3 years of experience in finance or project accounting is preferred. • Costpoint Project Accounting / Deltek Experience is preferred GardaWorld Federal Services is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
