Finance Assistant Ensure financial accuracy and streamline our operations at the heart of a fast-growing European group! Finance Assistant Join Orisha's Finance team, the guardians of the group's financial health, and play an active role in structuring and securing our financial processes in a dynamic and stimulating environment! As a Finance Assistant, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of Finance. You will play a key role in the daily management of our financial flows (purchasing, sales, cash management) while providing valuable analytical support to the operational teams. Your Missions 1/ Manage accounts payable You control conformity, validate, and record purchase invoices in our accounting software; You orchestrate the internal approval workflow and prepare validated invoices for payment; You actively collaborate on monthly closings to ensure all expenses of the period are correctly processed. 2/ Manage billing and accounts receivable Based on our contract and order management tools, you generate and post sales invoices; You ensure rigorous tracking of our customer accounts and manage payment reminders to optimize and safeguard our cash flow. 3/ Analyze time tracking and project performance You conduct weekly checks on the completeness and conformity of employee timesheets in relation to their contracts; You periodically analyze project budgets versus actual achievements and share your findings with the project managers; You audit the conformity of sales orders (pricing, contract durations, payment terms) and collaborate with the sales team to adjust discrepancies when necessary. 4/ Ensure daily cash flow and bank monitoring You import daily bank statements across the group's various entities; You perform bank reconciliations and matching of sales and purchase entries to guarantee a true and real-time view of our cash position. Who are you? You hold at least an MBO/HBO level degree (or equivalent degree) in accounting or financial management; You have at least five years of successful experience in a similar role within a finance department or an accounting firm; You are highly proficient with accounting software and ERP systems, and you are comfortable working with numerical data; Rigorous, methodical, and detail-oriented, you are recognized for your absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality; You are eager to learn and thrive in a passionate, collaborative team.
