Location: Sheffield / London Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week) Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £62,500 Sheffield and up to £70,000 London Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri) THE ROLE In this role, you will work as part of the Finance team, partnering with colleagues across the Bank to provide clear, timely and value-adding financial insight. You will support business areas with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning, helping leaders understand financial performance, risks and opportunities. You will build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders, including finance and non-finance colleagues, and provide constructive challenge and support to help inform decision-making. You will also help ensure financial information is accurate, well understood and suitable for internal and external reporting. You will be able to demonstrate experience in finance business partnering or a similar finance role, including supporting month-end activity, analysing financial information and presenting insight clearly. You will be at an advanced stage when using Excel or equivalent tools to analyse data, and you will bring a collaborative approach with good attention to detail.
