Finance Business Partner, APAC

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our finance team at an exciting moment in our growth as a business to work with our Asia and Pacific Offices. The APAC Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing financial insight and commercial support to regional leadership teams. The role is responsible for driving performance, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring alignment between financial objectives and business goals. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with non-finance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Partnership & Influence Serve as the primary finance contact for regional management teams, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations Build strong relationships with commercial, operations, and functional leaders to drive business performance Partner with the APAC Financial Controller to align regional finance priorities and ensure accurate, timely reporting Decision Support Clear and easy to understand insight that supports business decision making Support with evaluation and appraisal of business cases, pricing strategies and other strategies initiatives. Provide sensitivity analysis as required and comprehensive financial evaluation Understand the business model and value driving levers that ensure goal congruence Performance Management & Reporting Own regional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance and prepare the APAC regional performance report Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and board reviews Partner with APAC leads on monthly reporting and headcount tracking (A vs. B) Commercial Acumen The ability to work holistically and see the bigger strategic picture and the impact of day to day decision making Governance & Compliance Ensure financial controls, policies, and processes are adhered to across the region Partner with central finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards What we are looking for Required attributes: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong post qualification experience Proven experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders Commercially astute, with a track record of driving business performance and supporting growth initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Desirable attributes: Experience in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment advantageous Knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics 365 would be beneficial What we offer Accidental, term life and medical insurance Hybrid Work model Employee’s Provident Fund Scheme A fun, informal, collaborative and international work culture Access to the Aurora Academy, our training programme offering a range of opportunities to develop your skills within the responsibilities of your role and within the wider context of the industry.
