Role Description The Life Coach role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, helping clients clarify objectives, identify obstacles, and develop actionable plans for personal growth. The Life Coach will design and deliver structured coaching programs, provide ongoing support and accountability, and track progress through regular check-ins and assessments. This role also involves preparing coaching materials, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to align coaching offerings with broader service initiatives. The Life Coach is expected to maintain high ethical standards, respect client confidentiality, and adapt methods to diverse backgrounds and needs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Life Coaching and Personal Development skills, with experience guiding individuals through goal setting and growth processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear verbal and written expression.
• Candidates should possess Coaching and Training skills to deliver structured sessions, workshops, and programs that support client learning and change.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain organized client documentation.
• Relevant certifications in coaching, counseling, psychology, or related fields are beneficial, along with experience working with diverse client groups.
• Familiarity with online communication tools, basic digital documentation, and professional ethics in coaching is highly advantageous.
