Work Schedule:
This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Growth Marketing & Finance Reporting Specialist who can own the reporting function across finance, marketing, and business performance.
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while producing reports that help the business understand where revenue is coming from, how marketing campaigns are performing, and where opportunities exist to improve profitability.
This isn't a bookkeeping-only position. You'll combine financial reporting, CRM reporting, and marketing analytics to provide the leadership team with a clear picture of business performance.
Finance & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial data.
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end reporting.
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for leadership.
Work closely with external accountants where required.
Ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date.
Marketing Performance Reporting
Track and report on Meta Ads performance.
Monitor lead generation metrics across marketing campaigns.
Report on:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Marketing spend
Conversion rates
Build dashboards that help leadership understand marketing performance.
CRM & Business Reporting
Manage and optimise reporting within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Build and maintain CRM reporting dashboards.
Analyse customer journeys and sales funnel performance.
Identify workflow improvements and reporting opportunities.
Assist in optimising CRM automations and reporting processes.
Subscription & Growth Analytics
Track subscription performance and recurring revenue metrics.
Monitor customer retention and churn.
Produce reports highlighting churn trends and customer lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and revenue growth.
Provide commercial insights that support business decisions.
Process Improvement
Automate repetitive reporting where possible.
Improve data accuracy across finance and marketing systems.
Recommend reporting improvements and new performance metrics.
Work closely with leadership to continuously improve business visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in bookkeeping, finance reporting, management reporting, or business analysis.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
Experience producing business performance reports and dashboards.
Experience analysing marketing performance data.
Understanding of Meta Ads reporting and digital marketing metrics.
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL).
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with subscription-based businesses.
Knowledge of customer churn and retention reporting.
Experience with marketing attribution and funnel reporting.
Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience automating reports using Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
