The Finance Integration Lead, Sr. Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the Finance swim lane for Project Fusion, the integration of IDT and Aldevron. This role partners with Controllership, FP&A, IT, and Business Operations to harmonize finance processes, systems, and reporting, while ensuring strong program governance, minimal business disruption, and clear value realization. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance Consolidation, is part of the FP&A Consolidations team, and will be fully remote . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the development and execution of the Finance Integration Roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, resource needs, and success measures. Run weekly daily management meetings with Finance workstream owners and facilitate monthly prioritization discussions with Finance leadership to align priorities and drive execution. Partner across Finance, IT, Digital Transformation, and Business Operations to coordinate ERP, planning, reporting, consolidation, master data, and finance systems integration activities. Establish common finance procedures, standard work, governance, and compliance requirements to support consistent execution across the integrated finance organization. Support management reporting, KPI framework, and financial consolidation harmonization while driving change management, training, and adoption planning for new processes. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including finance processes and change management. Experience working with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, D365, OneStream, or similar systems. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, IT, Operations, and Corporate stakeholders. Project or program management experience, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communication. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10% for business meetings, integration workshops, or site-based working sessions, as needed. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Prior experience supporting finance transformation, acquisition integration, ERP migration, or consolidation-system enhancement initiatives. Experience building scalable reporting, forecasting, governance, or finance integration playbooks across multiple operating companies or business units.
