What You'll Do Pay: $17/hour Responsibilities Assist in completing weekly reports that get sent out to leadership and revenue teams Work on various ad hoc requests from revenue teams to help drive revenue growth Help with month-end close reporting Support the preparation of spread summaries and year-over-year performance analysis across business lines Help maintain and improve reporting templates and dashboards used by revenue teams Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across weekly and monthly reports Compile and organize data from multiple sources (Excel, Tableau, internal systems) into clean, digestible formats Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the finance team Partner cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and recruiting teams to gather and clarify data What We're Looking For Required Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with large data sets and spotting discrepancies Clear written and verbal communication skills — able to translate numbers into plain-language takeaways Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who's comfortable asking questions and taking initiative on ad hoc requests Preferred Prior internship or coursework in financial reporting or analytics Familiarity with Tableau What We Provide Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one Dedicated mentorship and coaching Clear career progression and opportunities for internal advancement The Benefits Medical, dental, and vision Life and disability insurance Competitive 401(k) match Equity plan PTO package, plus birthdays off and volunteer time off Paid holidays Student Loan Reimbursement after one year as a full-time employee Childcare reimbursement Fitness reimbursement A variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Location & Work Environment On-site requirements In-person during the summer; Remote during school-year Physical requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer What Happens Next Apply, and you'll hear from an Internal Recruiter within 1–4 business days if you're a match Equal Opportunity Employer ALKU is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and provided equal employment opportunities.
