ABOUT THE ROLE JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Finance team with day-to-day financial and administrative activities across KH properties, brands, and corporate operations. Assist with financial reporting, data entry, reconciliations, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, expense reports, and other financial information. Conduct research and analysis on financial trends, costs, and industry benchmarks to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information and adherence to company procedures. Assist with monitoring expenses, tracking payments, and supporting the review of financial transactions and documentation. Participate in finance-related projects and initiatives, including process improvement and digital transformation projects that enhance financial efficiency and reporting. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and financial analysis for senior management and internal stakeholders. Act as an ambassador of KH’s culture, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn from experienced Finance professionals. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work across several projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial or accounting software is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy when handling financial data and documentation. Curious, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn about finance within an international hospitality environment. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
