What you´ll do One year of structured training and development rotation program to expediate and build readiness to future managerial level role. Beginning with 1 or 2 short-term assignments at selected finance accounting and controlling processes, you will have the opportunity to quickly apply your previous gained solid finance professional skillets, with Henkel’s best-in-class processes. After equip yourself with Henkel’s business and finance knowledge ,You will be have the opportunity to independently take full ownership of a dedicated finance or controlling position, where you can further demonstrate your capabilities and build your readiness to future managerial level. You will be given excellent opportunities to lead medium and large projects to make your impact and your exposure across Greater China and Asia Pacific region. You will have the unique opportunity as PMO of key teams as well as head of Finance, where you will get personal coaching from senior leaders to unlock your potential and enable your success. What makes you a good fit Master degree of Finance, Accounting or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance and Controlling positions, preferably with a MNC or big 4 consulting or audit firm. Overseas education or working experience is a plus. Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) required. Solid finance accounting and controlling knowledge required. Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills in English and Chinese Strong project management experience.
