We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join our growing remote leadership team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving business performance through sound financial management.

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic analysis while partnering with senior leadership to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and working capital.
• Analyze financial results and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
• Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
• Partner with business units to support strategic initiatives and informed decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Experience using ERP systems and financial management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
