Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of a fast-growing global business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys building scalable financial processes.

What You'll Own

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Manage financial controls, policies, and internal processes.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting, and automation.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in a startup, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
• Able to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
