Operating within a multinational, matrix environment, this position plays a critical role in driving financial performance, providing strategic decision-making support to executive leadership, and ensuring robust financial governance. If you are a seasoned finance professional ready to oversee high-impact operations, explore the details below: 🎯 Main Responsibilities Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Monitoring financial performance, including revenue, profitability, costs, cash flow, and key performance indicators. Preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial reports and management dashboards. Supporting business units and project teams with financial planning, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives. Managing project and operational budgets, financial forecasts, and risk assessments. Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures. Coordinating internal and external audit activities and supporting corporate risk management processes. Conducting financial modeling, investment appraisals, and business case analyses to support management decision-making. Managing cash flow planning, working capital, banking relationships, and financing activities. Ensuring the efficient utilization of financial resources and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. 💡 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or a related discipline) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Solid understanding of cash flow management, internal controls, and risk management practices. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business performance dashboards. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. ⭐ Experience Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance and Business Controlling, including experience in managerial or senior-level roles . Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control, and performance management. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business controlling, project controlling, and risk management. Strong track record of supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling and business performance analysis. Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Business Controller or in a similar senior finance role is highly desirable.
