Own and continuously improve Finance master data governance and management, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across core financial and operational domains Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data in Navision and SAP FI/CO, aligned with financial and organizational structures Monitor data quality, identify root causes of issues, and drive sustainable improvements in close collaboration with Business, Tech, and Data teams Support, collaborate and further develop the Finance ERP landscape and its integrations with internal and external systems Design, optimize, and automate master data processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enable scalable growth Act as a key contact for data-related incidents and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role Hands-on knowledge with ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO, Navision/Dynamics 365 and/or Oracle) and data management tools Strong understanding of Finance systems, processes and data flows (e.g., GL, AP, AR) Proficiency with MDM concepts Good understanding of data models, reference data, and hierarchical structures Nice To Have Experience with data integration and transformation (e.g., IDocs, APIs, ETL) and data quality tools Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page .
