Finance Operations Specialist

About the role We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist, combining key finance operations with supporting of financial planning and analysis. This position supports business growth through optimising financial processes, tools, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis. Responsibilities Finance Operations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance team Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial models, reports, and visual dashboards aligned with business needs Manage, optimize and implement financial systems and tools to streamline finance operations Assisting with external audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned Financial Planning & Analysis Maintain financial models and reports to support business planning Collaborate with other departments to prepare budgets and forecasts Analyse financial performance and provide insights Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certification) Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, or related roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (or Fabric), Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) Knowledge of other Microsoft Power Platform tools is considered a plus Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams Nice to have Good to know Primary work location Malta, with work from home flexibility available Why Work for Booming Games Founder led.
