Overview : ​ Own key finance operations across Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, timesheet governance, and management reporting for an IT/service-based business. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end AR: invoicing, collections, aging, dispute resolution, and cash flow follow-up. Ensure accurate billing using timesheets, contracts, rate cards, and milestones. Lead month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Maintain balance sheet schedules and support internal/external audits. Oversee timesheet tracking, validation, and compliance across projects and resources. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards, often using Excel and manual data consolidation. Partner with sales, delivery, HR, and leadership to resolve billing, reporting, and process issues. Requirements Key Skills Strong AR and R2R experience in an IT/services environment. Excellent Excel and reporting skills. Experience with manual or Excel-heavy reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
