Are you passionate about finance processes and the systems that power them? As a Finance Process Owner , you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and well‑integrated end‑to‑end finance processes, working closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders in an international environment. With us you will be responsible for: Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant end‑to‑end finance processes and systems Provide functional and technical support for ERP, reporting, data integrations, and automation, including configuration and upgrades Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure stable operations and translate requirements into technical solutions Maintain high‑quality documentation, data flows, mappings, and controls, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data quality standards Analyse specific areas within end-to-end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, L2B) to identify optimisation and automation opportunities Support group consolidation and statutory reporting through data readiness and process alignment Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP upgrades, reporting enhancements, process changes, and user support We Expect You Have : A degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in finance processes, systems, or data/process management Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, finance master data, reporting solutions, and data integrations A dvanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot‑tables) Strong SQL skills and experience with automation or scripting tools ( e.g. VBA, APEX, Copilot) Fluent English languag e skills ( for collaboration with international colleagues) As a Person: Analytical and detail‑oriented, comfortable working with data A clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills Proactive and structured, able to drive solutions independently and in cross‑functional teams We Offer: Working experience on an international level in a leading global IT company Professional and personal development opportunities, with room to grow and take ownership A culture guided by our GRIT values – Guts, Results, Integrity, and Team – shaping how we take ownership, drive improvements, deliver impact, act with trust and respect, and succeed together through collaboration and support Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model supporting work-life balance Competitive remuneration up to 2800 - 3900 EUR monthly/gross* and benefits package (Premium health insurance which covers sports, dentistry, massages, medical treatments, additional days off and a lot more) Vivicta is committed to diversity and welcomes applicants of all genders, ages, abilities, ethnicities, orientations, beliefs, and backgrounds.
