Position: Project Manager / Program Manager – Asset Finance

Location: Mexico (Travel required)-Remote

Duration: Long Term

Job Overview

The Project Manager / Program Manager will manage financial technology implementation projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking delivery milestones, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Asset Finance and Leasing implementations. Relevant Asset Finance implementation experience will be considered more important than overall years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute project objectives with minimal supervision.
• Analyze requirements and recommend project improvements.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Manage project tasks and team assignments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and delivery progress.
• Improve project execution through industry best practices.
• Support quality assurance and delivery governance.

Education Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant project management experience preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
