What do we expect from our new team member?
Ensuring 100% accuracy in financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and system uploads,
Processing daily operations within established deadlines and completing month-end closures on schedule,
Maintaining flawless data flow between virtual payment supplier, SAP, and SAX platforms,
Supporting positive customer relationships through accurate account management and timely reconciliations,
Ensuring all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards,
Facilitating effective cross-departmental coordination to support overall business operations,
Account Reconciliation & Closing; perform balance closing entries for customer accounts at period-end or as needed.
What we are looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a similar field,
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a collection, treasury, banking or finance department,
General knowledge of Business Online Payment products and services,
SAP knowledge is an asset,
Fluent English language knowledge is a must,
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel,
Demonstrate effective communication skills to communicate with other departments, especially by Global function units.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
Strong negotiating skills, conflict management and critical reasoning.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Decision-making behaviour/responsibility.
