Financial Administration Specialist

About Us

Fast-growing Hong Kong startup in data center service industry seeking a hands-on Finance & Admin Executive to oversee end-to-end finance operations, company secretarial support and general office administration. This multi-hat role suits candidates who thrive in a dynamic startup environment and can independently manage compliance, bookkeeping and admin workflows. Work will be reported directly to the founder.

Employment type: Full-time / Part-time

Work type: Hybrid / Partially Remote, office attendance is required only when necessary.

Starting Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, AP/AR, expense reconciliation, bank matching, monthly management accounts support

• Hong Kong compliance: IRD filing, BR, Annual Return, MPF, liaison with auditors & CPA

• Company secretarial support: board resolutions, statutory records, CR filings

• Office management, vendor coordination, HR admin: onboarding, offboarding, IR56 preparation

• Build internal SOPs and ad-hoc operational support as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance / Business Admin

• 1–3 years relevant Hong Kong working experience; startup background preferred

• Knowledge of Hong Kong tax, Companies Ordinance, MPF compliance

• Proficient in Excel, Xero / QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Meticulous, proactive, able to prioritise multiple tasks

• Valid working status in Hong Kong

我們是一間为数据中心提供服务的初創公司，現招聘能獨立處理多項工作的財務及行政專員，負責全套日常會計、香港合規、公司秘書支援、辦公室管理及人力行政事務，適合享受初創環境、願意一職多能的人才。

主要職責

・日常記賬、應收應付、員工報銷、銀行對賬、協助製作月度管理賬

・香港合規：稅局申報、商業登記、周年申報、強積金管理，對接會計師及審計

・公司秘書支援：董事決議、法定登記冊、公司註冊處文件提交

・辦公室管理、供應商協調、HR 行政：入離職、IR56 準備

・建立內部流程，配合團隊發展處理各項臨時營運工作

要求

・會計、財務或工商管理相關學士

・1–3 年香港相關經驗，初創經驗優先

・熟悉香港稅務、公司條例、強積金合規

・熟練 Excel，懂 Xero / QuickBooks 等會計系統

・英語、粵語、普通話

・細心主動，善於安排多項優先工作

・持有香港合法工作資格

薪酬福利

月薪 HK$18,000 – 24,000 + 績效獎金、強積金、團體醫保
