Location: Athens & Thessaloniki (Hybrid), Patras & Heraklion (Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate and negotiate with borrowers in order to effectively manage overdue loans
• Cooperate with stakeholders for successful implementation and target achievement

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree from higher education institution, preferred specialization in Economics or Finance
• Experience in NPL management, customer service or sales will be highly appreciated
• Ability to achieve goals within specific deadlines
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
