Role Description The Finance Analyst will oversee core financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for CA Shaadi. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring expenses and revenue, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The role will support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights on pricing, investment, and cost optimization. The Finance Analyst will also manage compliance with relevant financial regulations, coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed, and recommend process improvements for financial efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Ability to prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Knowledge of compliance, taxation basics, and relevant financial regulations.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.
• Prior experience in managing finances for startups, online platforms, or service-based businesses is preferred.
