Role Description The Financial Analyst role at Neurophos is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting strategic and operational financial decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, building and maintaining financial models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights on revenue, expenses, and cash flow trends. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business cases, support investor reporting, and help track the financial impact of product and commercial initiatives. This position is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, scaling technology environment. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting quantitative data for decision support.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools, and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is beneficial.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
Experience in high-growth technology, semiconductor, or AI infrastructure companies is preferred but not required.
