Learn more at www.axiomatics.com . We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join our Stockholm team and play an important role in our continued growth. This is a broad and hands-on finance role combining financial reporting, analysis, business controlling, forecasting, and process improvement in a truly international environment. About the Role As a Financial Controller at Axiomatics Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our financial reporting while providing analysis and insights that support business performance and decision-making. You will work closely with the CFO and management team and act as an important point of contact with our Italian parent company, Leonardo S.p.a. This role offers a broad mix of accounting, reporting, financial analysis, and business controlling, with significant opportunities to influence processes and ways of working. Your Responsibilities Prepare and ensure the quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with applicable accounting principles. Consolidate financial data and manage Leonardo group reporting in Hyperion in close collaboration with the CFO. Develop, analyze, and monitor key business metrics such as MRR, ARR, and Churn. Drive forecasting and budgeting processes, with a primary focus on orders, sales, and cash flow, both for Management and Leonardo Group reporting purposes. Contribute to the digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes and integrations between internal systems. Manage ongoing financial communication, reconciliations, and reporting with Leonardo Company. Support the CFO and management team with financial analysis and decision-making. Who Are You You are analytical, structured, and business-oriented finance professional with a strong interest in both finance and systems. You thrive in a dynamic multinational environment, take ownership of your work, and enjoy working closely with the business. To succeed in this role, you: Are detail-oriented and quality-focused. Have strong analytical skills and can translate financial data into clear actionable business insights. Take initiative and work independently. Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others, across functions and countries. Are comfortable working in a fast-growing organization where change and development are part of everyday life. Your Profile Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in qualified finance roles (controlling, accounting, or audit), preferably within a software company, SaaS business, or audit firm. Strong Excel skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Nice to have Experience with Fortnox or other ERP systems. Experience with Hyperion reporting. Knowledge of IFRS and group accounting. Experience with revenue recognition within software, SaaS, or subscription-based business models. Italian language skills. Why Join Axiomatics?
