Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Mandatory overtime required during March through May. Pay Range: $26.55 - $39.85 Job Description Summary Performs duties of limited to moderate complexity, judgment, and scope, which include account analyses, reconciliations, and clerical duties. Job Description Completes analysis of AP invoices to accurately determine labor dollars and hours. Assists with preparation of reports and maintains logs for tracking payments from Medicare, Medicaid, and other government payers. Submits time studies to departments for completion, tracks return of the studies, records and summarizes the time study data for use in the cost report preparation. Assists in gathering and maintaining files for provider enrollment-related tasks. Assists in running reports and gathering documentation for third party audits. Performs day-to-day clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, scheduling meetings, etc. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related area with two years' related accounting experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Computer skills and the ability to develop financial spreadsheets required. Healthcare experience preferred. Skills/Qualifications Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, etc. Ability to develop financial spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel required Physical Requirements Work may require stretching and bending for filing and obtaining records. Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Majority of day is sitting. Skills/Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet abilities.
