Financial Director

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Director at Crypto Capital Bank. The Financial Director oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting cycles, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and accounting standards. The role involves monitoring cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk, as well as developing policies to strengthen financial controls and governance. The Financial Director collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights, support business growth initiatives, and communicate financial performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong financial planning and finance skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
• Candidates should possess expertise in financial reporting and financial statements, including preparing, reviewing, and interpreting key financial documents.
• Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory requirements in banking or fintech, and internal control best practices.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in senior financial roles within banking, crypto, fintech, or related industries is highly advantageous.
