They offer turnkey and white-label solutions that cover player account management, game aggregation, payment processing, affiliate management, and other essential iGaming operations. Role Overview Join a dynamic team as a Financial Manager in Limassol, where you will manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company. This role offers a great opportunity to impact the financial strategies of an international iGaming provider. You will work closely with various teams, optimize cash flow and profitability, and ensure compliance with international financial regulations. The hybrid work model allows flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the company’s entities. Prepare P&L forecasts and support monthly and annual financial reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and financial statements. Coordinate with external accountants and auditors and provide required financial documentation. Support VAT reporting and other finance-related compliance processes. Manage invoicing and monitor incoming and outgoing payments. Perform reconciliations across banks and payment systems and investigate discrepancies. Monitor balances, manage withdrawals and top-ups, and execute operational payments. Analyze financial and transactional data using Excel. Collaborate closely with Finance, Payments, and Reconciliation teams. Support the improvement and automation of internal finance and accounting processes. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and profitability. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, P&L, journal entries, and accruals. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other financial analysis functions. Practical experience with financial statements, reconciliations, invoicing, and payment operations. Good understanding of cash management and working with bank and payment system balances. Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams. Big Four, iGaming, or international company experience would be a strong advantage. ACCA qualification or ongoing ACCA studies would be a plus. Experience with financial software and ERP systems. English proficiency at B2 level or higher; knowledge of additional European languages is considered an advantage. Key Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
