Financial Planning and Analysis Officer About the role The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Officer supports the Financial Controller to monitor and increase the company's profitability. The FP&A Officer maintains commercial data records pertaining to pricing in SAP, is responsible for ensuring pricing is in-line with company policies and helps prepare commercial reports to provide the business with volume, revenue and profitability insights. Key responsibilities Pricing Maintenance in SAP; Identify products, customers, regions and segments with highest profit margin Analyzing commercial results against historical, budget, and forecasts to better understand company performance Support Regular Sales Forecasting Activities Monthly Commercial Data Review & Business Intelligence Reports (COPA) - Volume, Revenue and Margin Reports Sales performance reporting (regional, sales segment, customer) for Sales Incentive Reporting Sales Budget and Forecasting (2+10, 5+7, 8+4, 10+2) Monthly Pricing Accuracy Reports Ad hoc Reports requested by Financial Controller and Other management and sales reports Timely submission of regular reporting and timely provision of requested data & information Flag with Finance team critical items to be addressed and Communicate with the sales team the performance reports About you Bachelor's degree in accounting Licensed CPA (preferably) At least 4-5 years relevant experience Manufacturing experience (preferably) Analytic, detail-oriented Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (excel) SAP background Benefits Comprehensive health insurance coverage Generous paid leave entitlements Continuous training and development opportunities Opportunities for career progression and advancement A collaborative and supportive work environment Department Finance Locations Knauf PH - Main Office Remote status Hybrid Knauf PH - Main Office Workplace & Culture Knauf employees play a large part in the success of the company.
