Responsibilities:
Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
Required Skills
Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Sales experience is highly preferred
Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
Possess a competitive sales drive
Excellent problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ability to be coachable & implement constructive criticism
