🚀 We’re Hiring | FinOps Engineer | Multi-Cloud (Azure, AWS & GCP)

We are looking for a FinOps Engineer with a strong technical and hands-on background in Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps, working across Azure, AWS and GCP.

The role focuses on implementing and operating FinOps practices, optimizing Cloud costs, automating cost management processes and supporting Architecture, Engineering and Operations teams in building efficient and sustainable Cloud environments.

🔎 What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 10 years of relevant professional experience;
• Proven experience with at least one major Cloud provider: Azure, AWS or GCP;
• Hands-on experience in Cloud Cost Optimization and optimization of solutions running in public Cloud environments;
• Proven knowledge of Cloud Cost Management tools, ideally CloudHealth;
• FinOps Certified Practitioner certification — mandatory;
• One of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate; Google Associate Cloud Engineer;
• Strong written and verbal communication skill.
• English — mandatory. Portuguese and Spanish are valued;
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira and Confluence is a plus.

🧩 What will you do?

• Implement and operate FinOps practices across Azure, AWS and GCP environments,
• Monitor and optimize Cloud resource usage, identifying cost waste, anomalies and optimization opportunities;
• Lead cost optimization initiatives, including rightsizing, reservations, savings plans and resource housekeeping;
• Develop automations for collecting, analysing and processing Cloud usage and cost data;
• Support Architecture, Engineering and Operations teams in adopting cost-efficient and sustainable Cloud architectures;
• Produce technical analysis, recommendations and documentation to support the continuous improvement of the organization's Cloud strategy.

📍 Work Model

Near-remote, with physical presence once a month.

The monthly presence may take place in Lisbon or Porto.

🌍 No geographical restrictions within Portugal, provided you are available to travel to Lisbon or Porto once a month.
