Fintech Sales Executive (POS)

Job Description Generate and follow up with potential clients to expand the customer base Present company services and solutions in a professional manner Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and field visits Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Prepare sales reports and update client records regularly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery Conduct market visits and support business development activities Follow up on leads and maintain continuous communication with prospects Requirements 1–2 years of experience in the Fintech POS field is a must Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Good presentation and interpersonal skills Previous sales experience is highly preferred Presentable appearance and professional attitude Ability to work outdoors and attend client meetings Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
