About the role We’re looking for a junior Fintech Solutions Engineer to join our Fintech Solution Delivery team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with systems, clients, and cross-functional teams to implement and support our fintech solutions. You’ll play a key part in delivering payment technologies that are compliant, efficient, and ready to scale. What you will do Help improve internal tools, deployment processes, and monitoring capabilities Configure and support fintech solutions tailored to client and partner needs Gather and refine business and technical requirements for new features Test, validate, and release solution updates and integrations Support compliance with regulatory and payment scheme standards What we expect from you 2+ years of experience in fintech solution delivery, technical support and development Hands-on experience in system configuration and integration projects Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to have Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT and card scheme products and integrations Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for automation or debugging Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) Experience working with Linux/Unix environments Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines What we offer Gross salary starting from €3000/month based on your experience Private health insurance (after the probation period) Extra paid time off for your birthday and work anniversaries Centrally located office in Vilnius – and yes, it’s pet-friendly!
