Conducts remote audits of store’s ATF required records and books on a reoccurring basis Responds to all request from the ATF Tracing Center Secondary point of contact for all store compliance questions Ensures all non-POC stores have accessibility to LEEP for NICS background checks Maintains ATF Bound Book logins and accounts for all Rural King locations Fields and responds to all customer and store compliance issues regarding firearm transfers Use general office equipment. Frequently operate keyboard to enter in information. Sit/stand/walk for long periods of time. Verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices). May be required to perform other duties Supervisory Responsibilities None Essential Qualities for Success 1+ years of firearms compliance experience in a retail environment. ATF Compliance experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be proficient with report writers as well as creating reports from multiple data sources. Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, good listener, and ability to work under pressure at a fast pace. Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely. Ability to complete computer-based training. Physical Requirements Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations. Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically. Able to navigate and access all facilities. Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices. Close vision for computer-related tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $18.50 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
