First Line Analyst with German 80% FROM HOME

We tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems. The main responsibilities of this role will be to work together with the members of different other IT support teams and communicate with users while finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
