Job Description: What will your typical day look like? As a project analyst for R8dius you will support SAP projects, develop requirements, and design future state business processes and tool configurations. You will also be responsible for reporting on Scope Management of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Collaborating with the project management office jointly with the client in managing both client and R8dius streams of work will be a key part of your day to day role. Strong communications is important to the day-to-day function of your role. You will be trained and exposed to all facets of the end to end IT project lifecycle from planning, build, cutover, testing through to Hypercare. You will be key to supporting the area of focus assigned. Whether it is testing or cutover or program management attention to detail and proactive reporting of key risk and issues to the Project Manager will be expected. Enough about us, let’s talk about you As an ideal candidate for this role, you possess: Self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada Completed post-secondary education with an accounting/finance background (Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Technology or Computer Science programs) Knowledge of program and project management discipline including risk and quality management practices in waterfall and agile delivery. Experience with business transformation and technology enablement project delivery and an understanding of technology implementation issues and risk. Strong communication skills both written and oral Willingness to learn and grow Hands-on ERP experience (e.g., SAP etc.) is a bonus Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
