Role Description This full-time Fisioterapeuta role at Ecobody Salud is a hybrid position based in Fuenlabrada, with a combination of in-clinic work and some work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient needs, creating and implementing individualized physical therapy and rehabilitation plans, and monitoring progress to adjust treatments as needed. The Fisioterapeuta will provide direct patient care, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and may offer home care services when required. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and families on exercises and preventive measures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of care protocols.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy to assess conditions and design evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficiency in Rehabilitation techniques to support functional recovery and long-term health outcomes.
• Demonstrated skills in Patient Care to provide safe, empathetic, and person-centered support.
• Experience or readiness to provide Home Care services as part of integrated treatment approaches.
• Relevant degree in Physical Therapy and valid professional registration or license.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Fuenlabrada, managing both in-clinic and remote responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Organizational skills for accurate record-keeping, scheduling, and follow-up with patients.
