Role Description The Fitness Coach will deliver high-quality virtual coaching to individuals and groups, focusing on exercise programming, fitness instruction, and lifestyle guidance aligned with MantraCare’s holistic wellness approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting remote fitness assessments, designing personalized workout plans, leading online group exercise sessions, and providing basic nutrition and behavior-change support as appropriate. The coach will collaborate with other wellness and healthcare professionals within MantraCare’s ecosystem, track client progress, and maintain accurate session and outcome documentation. This is a part-time, remote role that requires comfort with digital tools, telehealth platforms, and communicating clearly through video, phone, and chat.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills, with experience leading safe and engaging sessions in virtual formats.
• Candidates should possess Fitness Training and Fitness Industry knowledge, including exercise science fundamentals and current best practices.
• Candidates should possess practical Nutrition understanding to support clients with basic, evidence-based guidance as part of a holistic coaching plan.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness, health coaching) from recognized organizations and experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to create individualized programs, use telehealth and digital coaching platforms, and communicate clearly and empathetically in English.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work setting, and a commitment to inclusive, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive coaching.
