The core focus of this role will be driving delivery of aviation-related support and solutions for our clients. Reporting to the Flight Facilitation Manager, the Flight Facilitation Supervisor will lead the dedicated ExecuJet team members responsible for this service provision. This team interfaces and collaborates with our clients continually ensuring that both our contractual obligations are met and the continuance of strong ongoing relationships with key stakeholders and service providers. The Flight Facilitation Supervisor will also act as 2IC for the Flight Facilitation Manager. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and developing the ExecuJet Flight Facilitation team, providing clear direction, coaching and support to drive high performance, operational excellence and consistently high service standards. Coordinating all Ground Operations for our clients worldwide, including but not limited to; ground handling coordination, fuel liaison, crew accommodation, ground transfers, catering, flight set up, crew briefings and flight monitoring and support. Communicating openly and effectively with our clients and responding to requests in a timely manner. Ensuring operational standards and service standards are maintained on all client flights and attending regular meetings with the end customers and the key contractors to actively develop and maintain strong relationships. Liaising with the ExecuJet Operations team on all operational issues. Monitoring daily operations of our clients and reporting to the Flight Facilitation Manager on relevant matters. Compiling and maintaining weekly and monthly reporting for client operations, ensuring information is accurate, timely and aligned with contractual and internal reporting requirements. Oversee Key Account Management tasks for external suppliers and ensure service deliverables are met or exceeded. Travelling regionally as required to attend to company matters. Completing other tasks as directed by the Flight Facilitation Manager and senior management. Key selection criteria: Knowledge of military and aviation logistics will be highly regarded. Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to guide, motivate and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance. Domestic and international Aircraft Ground Handling Knowledge: understanding of various aircraft types, fueling, towing, loading/unloading, and pushback procedures. Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing accountability with proactive decision-making, critical thinking and continuous improvement. Experience in Account Management to ensure service providers meet or exceed deliverables. Excellent geographical awareness will be desirable. New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is essential. Must hold an unrestricted New Zealand Driver’s License and will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment. Flexibility aligned to the niche nature of this role - being available for after hours and providing weekend support when required, coordinating operational support within the ExecuJet operations team.
