The Role We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to lead the end-to-end development of sophisticated, cross-platform mobile applications. As a key contractor on our team, you will build performant, highly scalable features for both iOS and Android, taking full ownership of the mobile lifecycle from UI/UX translation to app store release. What you will do Application Development: Architect and build sophisticated, highly scalable applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring seamless performance across various iOS and Android screen resolutions and constraints. Architecture & Clean Code: Write maintainable, well-structured, and efficient code while establishing comprehensive automated unit, widget, and end-to-end test suites. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with backend engineers and product managers to define technical requirements, design features, and deliver stable releases. UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex UI/UX designs into smooth and responsive mobile interfaces. Optimization & Maintenance: Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimize app execution for high performance and low latency. Full Delivery: Oversee the entire development lifecycle What you'll bring: Proven background as a Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter and Dart. Demonstrable experience integrating modern AI tooling directly into mobile workflows to streamline Flutter development, code generation, or testing. Strong familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, widget testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks. Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with product and backend teams 3 month contract with possibility of extension.
