Job Title: Forex Trading Technology & Strategy Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote)
Engagement: Consultant / Part-Time or Full-Time
Focus: Forex, Indices, Commodities & Algorithmic Trading
We are looking for an experienced Algorithmic Trading & MT5 Consultant with strong practical knowledge of financial markets, technical analysis, trading platforms and automated trading systems.
The ideal candidate should combine hands-on trading experience with strong technical capabilities, particularly in MetaTrader 5, TradingView, Expert Advisors (EAs), algorithmic strategies and custom indicator development.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct technical and market analysis across Forex, indices, commodities and other relevant markets.
• Work extensively with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and TradingView for market analysis, strategy development and testing.
• Monitor economic calendars, macroeconomic events and market-moving news using platforms such as Investing.com and reputable financial news sources.
• Research, design and evaluate systematic and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Develop, customize, test and optimize Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 5.
• Develop customized MT5 indicators and TradingView indicators/strategies based on defined trading requirements.
• Perform strategy backtesting, forward testing and performance analysis.
• Optimize trading algorithms while considering drawdown, risk/reward, position sizing, volatility and overall risk management.
• Analyze historical trading data to identify trading patterns, weaknesses and opportunities for strategy improvement.
• Assist in developing trading dashboards, alerts, automated risk controls and trade-management tools.
• Research market behavior around major economic events such as CPI, PPI, NFP, FOMC decisions and central-bank announcements.
• Provide technical consultation on trading systems, automation, market analysis and trading technology.
Required Skills & Experience
Candidates should have strong practical experience with:

Knowledge of MQL5 is highly desirable.
Experience with Pine Script, Python, APIs, data analytics or machine-learning applications in trading will be considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Candidate
We are particularly interested in someone who has real hands-on market experience, rather than purely theoretical knowledge.
Candidates who have previously developed their own:

• TradingView strategies
• MT5 utilities or dashboards
are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous work or provide examples of strategies, indicators, EAs or trading tools they have developed.
Important Scope of Role
This is a trading technology, research and strategy-development role. The consultant will focus on market research, analytics, trading systems, automation, algorithm development and related technical activities.
The role does not authorize the individual to manage third-party/client funds, execute transactions on behalf of clients, or provide regulated investment or financial advisory services unless such activities are undertaken through an appropriately licensed and authorized entity.
